Wanting to take advantage of this offer, I recorded films that were shown this month on the relevant channels, but last night I wanted to watch Gambit after the 20th but surprise, the film is either in German or in English without subtitles; live films ditto on all premium channels…
A solution?
THANKS

Good morning,
I want to share with you a certain feeling:
That of being a bit of a turkey in a Swisscom prank.
Indeed recently, there have been several factors that make me think of this:
- Package channels that have been removed (Disney, My cuisine…) etc.
- Swisscom announces to us that following the Coronavirus, we are entitled to Teleclub free premium….. Nice but I already pay for the subscription…
- Several times recently, I have had the screen on OCS or Syfy that the channel was encrypted for rights reasons.
I know many people will say, yes, but “My Cuisine” isn’t much or it’s just a few films that are cryptic, yes, okay, but it’s in principle that I’m not happy. But it’s like buying a car and from time to time you can’t use the air conditioning, because the cooling gas supplier has decided so.
And as usual no information from Swisscom, as if each time they didn’t know.
Big lack of anticipation and I know we will get the message:
- Swisscom does not communicate on its commercial policy!
Why do I contact Swisscom, because they are my service provider, they are the ones I pay my subscriptions to.
These subscriptions which remain unchanged but whose services are visibly decreasing, and which are also the most expensive in Switzerland.
So thank you to Swisscom for working with your service provider to guarantee us a certain quality both in terms of quality and quantity.
THANKS
Good day
Hello Tubelectroniks,
Sorry that you have a negative feeling towards Swisscom and its TV offering. In fact, Swisscom never communicates about the addition of content to its channel offering. Due to the release of the Disney+ application, Switzerland lost the rights to certain Disney channels which were deactivated in the different packages we offer. We are always looking for new ideas to replace these chains but we have no further information to share at this time. Regarding the Teleclub Premium bouquet, it was indeed offered to our customers during this confinement but this does not include the OCS channels for example which are only available to subscribers of the bouquet. Certain content from Canal+ or OCS is in fact encrypted for legal reasons still linked to the cessation of the broadcast of Disney content.
I hope I was able to answer your questions and I wish you all the best during this special time.
Best regards
