good morning, I would like to increase the limit of the premium services. I need to buy bus tickets. And it is blocked

you can set this option as far as i know in your Client-Area at https://swisscom.ch/kundencenter.

Depending on your Age and some other Factors it may be not possible to change this limit - in this case, you need to call the Support Centre at 0800 800 800.
