Test user wanted for My Swisscom Kundencenter

Hello everyone

The My Swisscom Kundencenter is being developed step by step and expanded with new functions and designs. The newly created areas, such as Swisscom TV, Combox, etc., are first put through their paces internally and then also with selected customers. This helps us identify and improve functional errors, unclear representations and incomprehensible content.

We are now looking for up to 50 motivated community users who would like to test My Swisscom in the future and help shape it.

You can register here!

After the registration phase has been completed (until February 10, 2020, 8 a.m.), you will receive a private message with further information.

Important:

  • In order to be able to test the individual new areas and functions, you must have a subscription to Swisscom products/services.
  • This test will only be published on the German-speaking board, as further communication will only take place in German.

Good morning @ThomasS!

I wanted to ask if there is anything new about the test for the Kundencenter?

According to your post (1), the Frist has already expired…

Dear DomiP,

We still had to evaluate and consolidate the feedback, the registered users will probably be notified via PM later today about the further process.

Well, unfortunately I only got around to looking at this thread this evening, because by then I had been busy for three days trying to get my internet connection working again… Sigh 😫

This afternoon a great support technician (Michael Winkler) finally discovered that Swisscom had to replace my old Internet Box Standard with the new Internet-Box 2! I picked it up straight away from the K-Kiosk in Chur and installed it, and lo and behold: everything is working great now!! 😋

I also posted a post about this earlier to respond to well-intentioned advice from another user.

So I would now be able to test the Kundencenter again and develop precise suggestions 😁

The registration deadline passed this morning, but maybe @ThomasS can turn a blind eye or both? 😝😉

He can 😉

@eho-ems You have a private message from me, I’m still waiting for your reply before I process the registrations.

Hello ThomasS

Because of all the other problems with setting up my 3 internal telephones (2 DECT and 1 SIP) and additional problems with a new graphics application on the laptop, I didn’t even check whether I had answered your request correctly 😆

But if the topic “Test new Kundencenter” is still current, I’m welcome to join in…?

You are on the list and should already see the additional board in the lounge. But I can’t influence when the next tests will come. It’s best to subscribe to the board as described in the private message and then you’ll be up to date.

OK, thank you for the tip.

I’ve subscribed to the board (I’m starting to understand the terminology 😉 ) and am waiting for things to come… (°:-0)
