Then you also have a TV-Box. Connect it once and activate it

Log in to your Swisscom Kundencenter and see what is listed there under TV subscription.

If your PC has an HDMI input, you can also use the TV-Box as a player for the PC.

Advantage: You get a much better picture via the box than via a web browser or TV Air.

FYI, you have to activate Replay manually for each channel.

Is there a solution for this now? I have inOne TV M in my subscription (3 TV boxes) and they are all in operation and working perfectly (also replay etc.).

When I log in to TV Air it also says that Replay is not available in my subscription (TV Air without TV Box).

You may have 2 different Swisscom logins and with TVair you are using the wrong one without a TV subscription.

Wouldn’t be the first time something like this…

If the “About” screen says “TV Air free”, then you are logged in with the wrong account
