It also works with appending with the right mouse button, n.b. You should no longer use IE (Internet Explorer) due to security gaps, it is even mentioned at the bottom of the Bluewin page.
With Firefox you have much greater security.

@Veuyiefleur36 Only programs can be dragged onto the taskbar, website links like www.bluewin.ch cannot. You can drag the link from Bluewin.ch to your desktop or save it as a bookmark/favorite in the browser or set this Bluewin link as the homepage in the browser (i.e. the Bluewin page starts every time you open the browser)
Ask Google how exactly you do this (see example: web links on desktop)
Web links on desktop explained in my words:
Reduce the size of the web browser (click on the double squares in the top right corner), do not close it (X).
Enter www.bluewin.ch into the web browser line.
Mark the web address in the browser line with the left mouse button (keep the mouse button pressed and drag) then drag the marked link to your desktop.
Googlel knows everything, so you ask Google for weblinks on desktop:
