Hello, I have an internet speed of 90/28 in FTTS and copper down to the basement. Can I expect an improvement with the new boxes and wifi 6?

Hello, I think that if all the settings are saved on page 192..1…. there is a way to recover them.

I actually made a backup in the Swisscom customer area and another locally on my PC but as they are two different hardware, I would prefer to be certain before changing. Because I don’t know if the backup is identical between the Internet-Box Plus and the Internet-Box 3 (.cfg file).

Oh ok. I don’t remember how I did the last box change but it was all by itself.

Because I don’t have fiber to the socket. The fiber stops in the basement of my building. So the rest is copper. I am in VDSL2.

@Biscotte this seems odd to me given that wifi is a home network (LAN) connection and not an internet (WAN) connection strictly speaking…

otherwise, how do you see that you have wifi 6 or not since the router provides it to you anyway…?

I don’t see if I’m on wifi 6. It’s activated in my router interface and I use separate bands because I use 5Ghz. 2.4 is for light bulbs and such.
