    SME business number has been permanently redirected to an iPhone XR. Now it only rings for numbers that are saved on the cell phone; for numbers that are not stored on the cell phone, it doesn’t ring; it rings directly

    • Is the “Do Not Disturb” option activated on your phone? This makes it possible to restrict incoming calls.
