    • I made the changes as requested to my Thunderbird email account, but when I open it it asks me for the password for the mail server!

    What should I do.

    • Hi, as I understand it, you use your bluewin email on “Thunderbird” (if so), reset the bluewin password (even if it’s the same as the previous one)
