I no longer receive emails on my cell phone
Greetings,
from 04.30.2019 we canceled the subscription of the organization of which I am the landline telephone/TV/Internet secretary, maintaining the e-mail address.
Since May 1st, neither I, nor the president, have stopped receiving emails on our cell phones or even on Outlook.
I continue to receive my personal emails, while I can only read those from the organization in question from the bluewin.ch website.
We have not changed the password and the configuration on the mobile phone is correct.
I have already contacted Swisscom directly, but they were not helpful.
Furthermore, when I enter the bluewin.ch site, under e/mails the language offered is German and I cannot change it.
If anyone can help me I would like to thank them in advance.
