myCloud desktop

  • Good morning,

    the fan on my laptop hasn’t stopped working for 3 days. When I go to check the app activity it says syncing is almost complete however it is still running as if it is stuck. I tried to suspend or quit in the settings but when I restart the application it continues. What to do?

    If you encounter such a problem, it may help to log out of myCloud Desktop once and log in again (via “link another account”).

    Delete the application from the computer without forgetting to log out of your account.

    Restart your PC and check that your fan is no longer spinning.

    Once you are sure that it works, reinstall a brand new application that you downloaded from the internet.

    Good morning. I encountered the same problem since installing macOS Catalina. It took a lot of time and even completely wiping the computer to find the source of the problem. The winner is myCloud desktop. I find that this software is not at all up to date.
