Hello @PattyB

What method did you use to send emails from bluewin to gmail?

Have you activated the transfer in the bluewin mailbox or have you activated the email import in the gmail mailbox?

Is it possible for a machine to directly access the bluewin email box?

Thank you very much for the intérêt, it was the gmail box that fetched the emails from Bluewin. Mtn we redirected the emails via bluewin directly to gmail and we were able to carry out the update. Thanks again.

Good morning,

I can’t update the security request via the link. However, this must be done until the end of June.

Please do what is necessary, if possible.

Good morning,

This update must be done on the machine used. Swisscom cannot do this for you.

Follow the procedure

Automatic configuration

The free My Swisscom Assistant program helps you configure, repair and modify e-mail accounts on your computer.

to resolve your issue on:

In fact, the Bluewin email password is not the same as that of your account, also known as Swisscom Login or Espace client: [https://www.swisscom.ch/login](https://www.swisscom .ch/login)

@jac1 Hello

With the Mail application on your Mac it’s very simple to delete the account that is obsolete and reinstall it. On the Mail application you go to account, add a Mail account, you give it an account name, the email addressl, and only your password. The rest is done automatically.

PS preferably check that the check mark in the Automatically manage connection settings section is activated. Port settings are automatically managed

How to continue to receive @bluewin.ch emails on an Apple Mail after the update? An error message appears on the laptop, which I don’t know how to correct. Before calling the Swisscom paid service (the Helpdesk cannot help me… no comment), I am speaking to one of you, who probably had the same problem. THANKS!

Hello,

I don’t know what part of your configuration is incorrect.

So I suggest this to you:

1=> Delete your email account in iOS settings under accounts.

2=> Redo the configuration from the beginning with the Swisscom help tools:
