) and activate it via the hotline let.
As far as I know, they just have to activate the UHD stream.
That would work, but the TV-Box has to be activated, a user has already had this case. If activating it via the Kundencenter doesn’t work, you can also do it through support.
It is important to mention that you should not send a new UHD TV-Box because one already exists.
