Box Plus with fiber optic loses connection

Good day

When I start my router, the connection to the Internet works for about 15 minutes. Suddenly the box loses its connection to the Internet.

Unfortunately I have no idea what to do. However, the hotline was of no help and there was no error to be found on the network. As long as the connection is established, the Swisscom TV and the Internet also work. What can I do?

What exactly is this connection from the PC, via LAN, WLAN or D-LAN (Powerline)?

If the Internet fails, do the LED lights on the Internet box light up differently?

If the Internet fails, you can still access the Internet box menu on your PC by entering 192.168.1.1 in the browser, name: admin and password can be found in Kundencenter.

Same problem with me. The Internet box 2 loses the connection (red diode flashes) after about 15 minutes. Support guided me through the reset procedure. This did NOT solve the problem. I’ve been waiting in the support loop for 15 minutes.
