Swisscom TV pause and after button problem

It seems trivial, but in the long run it’s annoying. I’ll explain various problems as briefly as possible:

1) I turn on swisscom TV and look for guide channels, but something doesn’t respect the right program (not often, but the error happens) for example at 12:00 a film was supposed to appear, but instead it isn’t there, in fact there is only advertising and newspaper that had nothing to do with the program showed the “TV guide” button. I tried to restart swisscom tv and modem, but the problem persists every now and then.

2) Second most annoying problem in the world when I watch National Geographic if I press “pause” (not even 1 minute, but even 10 minutes) then I play again it sends it all over again instead of starting from where the pause stopped, why does this happen? It happens to me very often lately and it’s frustrating…..to solve it I had to press the forward arrow until I got to where the transmission was left.

Other times it happens to me when a message appears like now I don’t remember exactly but more or - like this “Do you want to continue?” or “Watch live” I honestly didn’t understand the meaning between these two….if I press “do you want to continue”, instead of continuing it sends me back from the beginning. If instead I press watch live it probably sends me too far and it confuses me.

I hope I have explained myself clearly and I don’t know if this problem happens to you too.

1) It may happen that the schedule is not correct, you need to check on the official source whether it matches the TVGuida, if not I advise you to take note of when it happened, what should have been there and what is on the channel’s schedule on their site.

2) This error is strange, yet Nation Geographic doesn’t have the replay and therefore it seems strange to me that the system throws it at the beginning (or is it a recording?)

Want to Continue = continue from where you last watched the channel

Watch LIve = comes to LiveTV

I doubt if you press Watch Live it will send you too far forward, unless you have a machine from the future. Jokes aside, it seems like a strange mistake.

A little trick:

When you are in the TV Guide and want to watch something again, press and hold the selected program for 2-3 seconds, this way it will start immediately from the beginning.

I also had the second problem on several Italian programs, it took months to make it clear to the assistance who was able to verify the problem. They made a film with the problem and sent it to the manufacturer of the TV Box software. Result? The manufacturer was unable to replicate the problem and my case was simply closed by Swisscom. For my part, I switched to a cheaper subscription without replays, so I don’t get angry anymore.
