B593s-22 admin password for firmware V200R001B270D25SP01C103

Hello,

I accidently upgraded my router (B593s-22) to firmware V200R001B270D25SP01C103 posted on the swisscom.ch website. My previous username/ password for 192.168.1.1 (homerouter.cpe) stopped working after the update.

I have reset the router and I am still unable to login to the backend admin panel. Kindly let me know what is the default username/ password for the firmware version above (password: "Swisscom_B593s" isn't also working).

*Other than the login issue; wifi, internet, etc. are working fine.

Would really appreciate if someone could help.

Username and password are not changed after an update.

If you still cannot access to the router interface, I invite you to contact our support at the free number 0800 800 800.
