Horizon GO app and Swisscom mobile network
Hello everyone, let me start by saying that I have been a Swisscom customer for a very long time.
Unfortunately for my job, I’m often away from home and being very passionate about hockey, I wasn’t happy about no longer being able to see my team play.
I therefore opted for a UPC package with the My sport channel while also maintaining my abbonamento Swisscom (home, natel)
For a couple of days, however, the Horizon app has no longer been able to open and continues to load the chosen program.
I would like to point out that this defect only happens on iPhones with abbonamento Swisscom. I also have a Samsung tablet with Swisscom data plan and that works.
The peculiarity of this defect is that as soon as I get home and the iPhone connects to my wi-fi network, the app works.
I also did a test by connecting my iPhone via a non-swisscom wi-fi network and it works here too.
So there is a problem on 3G and 4G network..
I have the same problem on my wife’s iPhone which also has Swisscom
Is there anyone with the same problem?
