Hi @Baboonet
Sorry for these worries.
I think this post can help you: http://bit.ly/2sDE7JI
Happy Sunday,
“Thank you Leyla,
I’ve already deleted my devices and tried reading again from my MacBook and from my iPad. I see that the TV box has registered these two devices, but I still cannot watch the channels from the French pack with these two devices.
I will try to remove all devices. Turn everything off and on again by resetting the Swisscom box tv…."
It’s done and nothing has changed.
Swisscom Login ->
Home customer area ->
My products & services ->
Swisscom TV 2.0 plus ->
Settings & Services ->
Swisscom TV
an X appears under purchase PIN, which I don’t understand, then further down:
Click show terminals >
and under My Devices it says:
iPad_(IOS) - Last used on 06/11/2017 - Paid content inactive - Delete registration
What escapes me and obviously is a recurring problem, which is why the paid content is inactive since the Firmware update because in fact, they were active before this update.
Since we pay to have access to play certain channels, why is this playback impossible from devices other than the television??
Thank you for an answer and a solution to my problem…
Barbara
Hi @Baboonet
Sorry for my late response, but I just noticed, somewhat by chance, that you modified your message 3 days ago. To be sure that someone reads you, the ideal is to post a new message by clicking on the “Reply” button at the bottom of the last post on the subject.
Thank you for your feedback. I have forwarded your case to our specialists who can restore the situation and allow you to watch the French+ pack channels again. You will be contacted as soon as possible.
As already informed in this post http://bit.ly/2sDE7JI, this is a general inconvenience, but which does not affect all customers. The resolution can sometimes be complicated and time-consuming. Unfortunately I don’t have any délai to communicate regarding the end of this one.
Thank you for your understanding.
Good day,
Thank you for everything, everything is sorted now and I even received a message warning me about it.
See you soon (well, I hope not too soon)

Thank you Leyla G,
I didn’t know that we had to respond, I saw that we could modify the message, but I didn’t know how to resume the discussion. I would know now.
Thanks, I’ll wait patiently, anyway, there’s not much I can do…
Have a nice day

Good morning,
My first problem explained in my first message is still present, but a new one appeared last night.
The 5Ghz Wi-Fi network on my box no longer works. After restarting and resetting the router and doing different tests by separating the antennas I came to this conclusion. When my phone or computer is connected to the internet at 2.4 Ghz everything works correctly.
MODIFICATION: I contacted the Hotline and I will receive a new box in the following days, I will keep you informed but I think all the problems will be resolved
Here I am again after exchanging my Box which was very quick.
The 5 GHz Wi-Fi works perfectly well again and the connection is perfectly stable.
On the other hand, I still have this bug in the interface which shows me connected devices which in reality are not connected. This does not concern wired equipment but only Wi-Fi. For example:
*At the moment I only have my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) connected to Wi-Fi, my MacBook is turned off. However under the “Overview” tab I see them both appearing under the WLAN branch. The phone with 4 IPv6 addresses, and the MacBook with 6 IPv6 addresses shown when I click on each one.
I tried all possible combinations between 2.5 and 5 GHz, this bug is still present since the arrival of the new firmware. Nothing too serious, it looks like a cosmetic bug between my devices and this new version, I hope this will be corrected in the next patch.
If it would be helpful, I can forward my debug data from both antennas to the techs, I just don’t know if doing it on the forum compromises sensitive data on my connection.
Greetings
FM
me too, devices that have connected appear in this list once they have been connected, but when they are not, they appear grayed out.
Maybe there is a place to configure not to keep connections in memory?
Good luck finding an answer or anyone who knows…

Hello everyone,
I have reported this problem to our specialists. After a first attempt, they were unable to solve it.
They are working hard to correct the problem with the next firmware update, but cannot guarantee its immediate resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot communicate délai to you, however, we will send you the new information here as soon as possible.
Thank you in advance for your patience.
Have a nice day,
Good morning,
This is the latest information we have received on this subject. The first patch developed did not work as hoped. Our specialists are trying to understand what caused the problem. Therefore, a solution should be proposed not in the next release but in the next one. We continue to monitor developments.
