@NathalieSI

I can imagine that Swisscom is doing everything possible to settle the story.

What is not acceptable (intolerable), however, is that before making changes we have to go through the famous page!!!!

A client who makes changes to the order of the channels (this can take a long time) sees all his work lost because the work is not saved…

AN ALERT SHOULD BE GIVEN WHEN THE CHANNEL EDIT WINDOW OPENS.

It would be the least we could do…

A breakdown can happen…but WARNING AT THE RIGHT TIME is the least you can do.

Kind regards!

When only the old box existed, there was never a problem related to the customer area for the order of channels.

For several months now, the problems have been recurring.

Today, in addition to not being able to change the order of channels in my favorites list, the system has deleted all the channels from the “Plus” pack to which I subscribe and therefore impossible to schedule recordings or even watch these channels.

When you pay for a “premium” service, the customer expects a service that is up to par…. It becomes a little tiring, not to mention the incessant restarts of the box.

Come on, let’s be optimistic and hope that in 2017 Swisscom takes its responsibilities. Happy New Year everyone!

Having the same channel in three different formats, like SF Sport in SD, HD, and UHD, it still remains a channel. Nothing to do with an enrichment of the offer. On the other hand, channels like thriller cinema have disappeared, to make way for the 99th version of MTV. No, I think an enrichment of the offer is something else. But hey…

Happy New Year 2017 to everyone

Good morning

There is a temporary solution

On your TV Box replaced your favorites list with the Swisscom channel list, saved the modification. And your missing channel from your subscription are accessible again not in the order you want but visible. This while waiting for the bug to be fixed.

This information makes us smile when we know that since November 2016, Swisscom has been unable to repair its customer area and channel management…

@Charbon

for weeks I have been trying to convince them (Swisscom) to at least block access to channel list management to prevent someone (who is not informed: not everyone wastes their time on the forum or not going to consult the list of disturbances before doing something) don’t waste your time changing the order of the channels and losing everything when recording.

That would be the least… polite.

Nobody cares!

It’s sad, but there was a time when I was a fan of SwissCom.

As the forum doesn’t work much better than the rest, I would like to point out that what makes me smile is the advertising on the new channels, supposedly easy to manage!!!

A small downside:

there are still things that are not bad at Swisscom but

it’s in the details that they ruin everything:

who kisses too much and hugs badly

a bad kisser misses the train

Since today I can no longer access Swisscom Home, so I can no longer see my recordings, apps and everything in Swisscomk TV. like TV guide etc… getting worse and worse. They don’t repair they degrade the whole system and we pay way too much for the subscription
