Swisscom "Friends" keep reneging -& no help from SwissCom

As the title says...

I've been paying for Internet/TV for a week, but it remains unconnected.

The SwissCom installation "Friends" keep going silent after they accept the offer.

When I call SwissCom I am first transferred somewhere, then spend 5-10 minutes on hold, then my call is dropped.

Can someone tell me wth is going on?

After my first two terrible experiences, and the terrible customer service from Swisscom itself, I had the good fortune to draw an excellent provider (Fabian Berg, who went above and beyond what I could have expected=. He resolved all of the issues, and my internet is now working fine.
