I just went to the customer area and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly.
I moved the new French channel with those of the same language.
Then I wanted to record and there a waiting circle turned for several minutes without effect.
I ended up doing a refresh (F5) and at that point a message came to me asking me to save the changes. Which I did.
Caramba, I found myself with lots of subscribed channels which were no longer checked and also the others were mixed up….
In short, my “PERSO” list is completely lost!!!! 😞
I have IE11 and Windows 7 Pro
I tried with Firefox to do another test and IDEM!!!!
It seems that the customer area still does not work…. At least for me
Should I redo my entire list? If so, it’s depressing…

Well no! All the strings (Swisscom TV) which disappeared in visible mode once checked these ok the checkmarks come, but saving the modifications the wheel turns, turns and nothing happens no modification!
And with multiple browsers and history cleared!

Since the restart of the customer area on Swisscom TV half of the channels which are subscribed but no longer visible are missing. As shown in my screenshot, once I put the check mark back on the 6ter HD channel, I go to save changes at the bottom, nothing happens and the wheel turns non-stop.

A trouble ticket is open and still pending in your file.
Dear Doremi, we were unable to reproduce this problem. Have you deleted your history, cleared your browser’s cache and cookies? Have you logged out from your customer area? Can you also perform a test with Google Chrome or Internet Explorer?

@StéphanieC Same at home this afternoon, impossible to save the list of channels once modified! I use chrome. I disconnected, cleared the cache and when I reconnected half of my channels were disabled. In short, I deleted my list of channels and I will make one when the problems at Swisscom are finally resolved…

Indeed, a few more concerns on our personal list are still ongoing. For those who cannot yet put the checkmarks back on the (missing) channels subscribed but not visible in the customer area, you can temporarily activate the list of Swisscom channels on your TV Box.

Same problem with 2 subscriptions. This is following the change which removes the SD and HD channels to only display one. I solved the problem by making a correction in my list (adding a channel), it crashes with the wheel spinning endlessly.
You open a new window a few minutes later. You find your list with almost all the channels removed. You add the missing strings again… and it works.
Why keep it simple when you can make it complicated:smileyindifferent:
