Wir haben es mal nachgestellt:
The check consisted of
· We have used a Swisscom Line **** (as the customer has)
· Used an Internet-Box ***** (as the customer has) and on the same FW
· Password recovery process triggered from the webUi and the process was successful; namely
o type 192.168.1.1 in a browser on a PC/Mac which is connected (LAN) with the Internet-Box,
o You press “Neues Password festlegen” button,
o You get taken to the “press + button” page,
o you press the + button in the gateway,
o you are taken to the “input new password twice” page,
o you hit “save”,
o You are taken to the overview page in the webUI
So sollte es laufen. Versuch es mal.
