Hello,
For some days I've been experiencing something quite unusual from Swisscom. I have a prepaid number (Natel) and my parents usually called me with no problems from my homecountry, but from 4 or 5 days ago, everytime they call me the following things happen:
1) The ID number is a RANDOM country code (including +33,+39,+36,+48,+46,+49, and so on) and apparently also a random number.
2) I answer, and I hear a small beep. After some seconds, the call drops.
3) My parents have told me that they can actually hear me during those 10 seconds but I hear dead silence (after the beeping sound).
I tried to contact support in Swisscom's website but it tells me that it is "experiencing technical issues". For some reason I can't find a phone number where I can call and ask for help. Thank you.
