All orders from 09.09 are far from being shipped… I have the impression that for all the Iphones + 128 Jet Black they have absolutely no information, I have received NO message or ANY information whatsoever. That is to say that by being one of the first on the waiting list, 7 weeks have passed nicely and yet I am absolutely not sure that I will receive it any time soon.
This means that Swisscom claims not to have had any information from its suppliers since the launch of the iPhone, meaning that the largest company in Switzerland in terms of telephone communications lives day to day in 2016 with all the technical means that they have at their disposal, and with all the experience that they have acquired during previous years with numerous iPhone launches that they have experienced.
So it is normal for customers to become impatient, since no one takes care of them properly, fortunately Swisscom is very efficient and fast in many situations, they are even very understanding towards their customers, unfortunately this time they are unable to manage a crisis situation which was handled very poorly by their communications managers.
It’s very easy to say to your customers: “Every year it’s the same thing with iPhones… you have to be patient”
This means that there is a real concern for internal preparation, Swisscom must find new solutions and attack this problem from another angle, total transparency would first and foremost be welcome.
Now, I know that all the messages published here do not really have an impact on their mode of operation, but you should know that they are lucky to have a community which participates (on their forum etc.) and therefore that they have the chance to be in direct contact with their customers and to have rapid and direct feedback on their thoughts and opinions, which is very very important to be able to ensure a better quality service subsequently.
But let’s not blame Swisscom, everyone is overwhelmed at one time or another, whether you are one of the dominant companies in the Swiss market, or whether you are the small business on the corner.
Thank you Swisscom for your quality services, but please take into consideration the opinions of the customers present here who all ask for only one thing in short, transparency and valid information, and not the immediate delivery of their order (this which would be welcome too.. lol).

They left a huge spelling mistake worthy of an 8 year old child on the site ’Vers l’offre’ for several weeks and now they have just corrected it but it’s still not fair we went from a verse with accent to Vers l offers with an s at the end of the offer… if they manage the communication of the site as well as the pre-orders everything is explained…😂😂😂 I say that but you have to understand them, the poor people maybe it’s the fault of beschrelle who did not communicate any information to them 😂
