i was reading about the Tutto Benefit and am interested in it.
i have one contract on my wife’s name for our TV, phone and internet package and one contract under my name for my mobile.
So I thought i am eligible to get this benefit, but it turns out that both contracts need to be under the same name (not sure why you would start multiple contracts but all under the same name, but still different contracts?) knowing that they designed the customer center to have everything in one place.
so my question is? did anyone come accros this issue and how was it solved, if it was solved? and does anyone know if you can change one contract to join the other one to get this benefit after all.
