I ordered two devices on September 9, 2016. (iphone 7 128gb black&rose gold)

The Rosegold received an LT yesterday for September 16th and then this morning the SMS with the tracking number. Shortly later the email for Black arrived with the date September 23rd.
To my delight, I received a text message about 2-3 hours later informing me that my black device was also being prepared for shipping.

So they will both arrive tomorrow.

I ordered on September 9th immediately after 9am.

Has anyone received any information yet? I think it’s a real shame that if you pre-order, you don’t get any information at 9:20 a.m. Still the same answer to this day! No information!

What I find so strange is that apparently everyone who orders an iPhone plus feels the same way. I ordered at 12pm. You at 9:20.
Maybe they haven’t even gotten around to shipping the iPhone 7 Plus yet or something?

Support informed me that I (iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB silver ordered at 9:20) belong to the 1st wave. You don’t know when you’ll get the devices.

What was cool today was that my colleague was able to pick up his iPhone 7 Plus from Sunrise without pre-ordering… That really annoys me! Swisscom simply doesn’t inform anyone… that can’t be the case!!

It’s just a shame, I also ordered an iPhone + 256 / black in the Swisscom store on September 9th after it opened at 9:10… and no information about the delivery status… it’s a shame Swisscom already had better service.

Same here.. iPhone 7 Plus 128gb Gold (ordered 09.09.16 09:09). No information on delivery date. A colleague received his iPhone 7 black this afternoon, also from Swisscom!

I ordered from Swisscom by phone at around 10 a.m. on September 9th because the website kept crashing after 3× 11 minute waits.

The support took my order and told me I was lucky and got the last iPhone 7 Plus Diamond Black 128GB that would be delivered in the first wave. Well, so far I have NOT received a delivery date and Swisscom Support always puts me off with the statement that they can’t provide any information.

I think that’s really cheeky. You can say that it’ll last another 2-3 weeks, it’s not the end of the world, but not giving any information is not possible.

Have any of you ordered the same thing and already received information?

Dear swisscom moderator, no exact delivery times at the moment, honestly you can look at the page and the delivery time tool in the………if you have 10 weeks because there is currently no exact information about the delivery time… … I’ve known since Friday last week that the part is sold out today……. so please, if I’m already paying overpriced prices every month, I want some information! If you say 8 weeks and in two it will be ok, vice versa, there will be claps but no applause!
