@jarhead I plan to too. It doesn’t cost anything to ask.
@jarhead That’s true. I actually just want to know whether the model I want is available in the Apple store and, if so, whether that is also possible with a contract extension. Shouldn’t really be a problem. Maybe they can at least provide information about what the black Plus models look like.
@BigBenn Nobody is in the Apple Store at 6.
@jarhead
That could very well be, since Apple certainly uses its own sales channels with more bandwidth. As a manufacturer, I would set it up that way too.
There is no hypothetical global queue on which all purchasers are queued.
@jarhead I couldn’t find an email address. I’ll call them tomorrow.
@jarhead
In one case you have to pick it up, in the other it will be sent to you. In both cases there is a separate ordering process. Apple can basically decide for itself which offers they make and how they implement them.
I’m also waiting for my iPhone from Swisscom, but I want to benefit from the loyalty bonus, so I can’t complain!
@Dejan08 Lots of questions and no answers. We’ll probably have to wait until tomorrow morning and hope to get a competent Apple employee.
By the way, Apple does offer this trade-in program. You can sell your iPhone to Apple. I tried it, I just had to enter the serial number and describe the condition of the device according to the template. Unfortunately they can’t make me an offer, but they would take it back and recycle it. Hey, my iPhone is in perfect condition, probably too expensive for Apple. Then at some point my son will get it or it will go to eBay.
@Dejan08 Just call the Apple Store. They should be able to give you a reasonable answer to your questions. I’ll definitely give it a try. It would be enough for me to know how long you have to wait for the plus in black. Well let’s see what comes out tomorrow. If it is possible to get one quickly with a contract extension, I will of course jump on it. At least there is now a store in Basel. If not, then I’ll just have to wait.
