If the devices are available, Swisscom always ships them so that they arrive on launch day.

I’m curious when it will be delivered to you (I ordered the same combination as you). In the last two years I haven’t received one at Swisscom’s launch, even though I was probably one of the first to reserve it (just after midnight).

It’s like every year so far. The iPhones in black (this year especially Jet Black) are the best seller and the most ordered. They are also the most elegant models. This means you have to wait the longest for these colors.

Alternatively, the guys (women usually don’t care when they get their device) only have the option of choosing the pimp color gold, feminine rose gold or boring silver - Friday will probably work too.

Personally, I’d rather wait for a nice iPhone than make color compromises out of sheer impatience.

It’s almost certain that Swisscom will add a few more Blacks today or tomorrow, which will then be enough for the first customers.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus black 128, no delivery date yet, I got the confirmation at 10:15.

Unfortunately, I know that KM ventures are preferred. My store ordered the iPhone later than me and got a delivery date yesterday.

I also have the same combination. iPhone 7 plus, jet black, 256GB.
However, when I wanted to order, a waiting window was opened for me. It took a whopping two and a half hours before I could actually order (not until 12 p.m.). That’s probably why I won’t be there in the first run, as usual. I don’t think waiting 2-3 weeks would be so bad, but until November? I’m already having problems with my little 16GB iPhone, I can’t even take photos anymore 🙂 To be honest, it’s a bit annoying to me that they give the general public the information that it’s not yet known how many devices will be delivered and yet some have already received the delivery date have… So something must be known, which is obviously not communicated to everyone.

I think they will provide the 32GB and 128GB for shipping first and then the 256GB version at the end. That’s why some already have an estimated delivery date. Of these, you will receive the least. 256GP and Plus come last. But just a guess from me. I can wait because I couldn’t order until 12 p.m.

I ordered an iPhone 7 on September 9, 2016. Everything went great, but my change of address wasn’t taken into account when ordering, even though I told Swisscom that I was moving. Now, after a call to change the address when ordering, I was told that my waiting area was now gone and that I would be added to the back of the queue again. I think that’s really wrong, if that’s really the case… I’ve been a Swisscom customer for over 10 years and then something like that

Oh man, I can understand your frustration, especially when it’s not even your fault, but Swisscom’s 😞
Your last sentence is something that has often annoyed me. I have also been a Swisscom customer for over 10 years, but unfortunately the great offers are only available to new customers. Apparently we’re not that important. I actually don’t think it’s right that long-standing customers aren’t rewarded for their loyalty. In theory, you would probably do best if you changed provider every two years. And that can’t be the case…

Do you think it’s a bit of a shame from Swisscom that they don’t communicate anything or are they hoping to get the iPhone 7 Plus delivered by September 16th, 2016?

When I read through here, no one with an iPhone 7 Plus has a delivery date yet??
