Frequent restart of the swisscom tv box
Good morning. For several weeks - and without me having changed anything in my installation - my internet box has restarted by itself 5 to 6 times a day. I contacted customer service twice. They explained to me that these restarts were due to an update “which did not work” and that my box was trying in vain to do. They told me they did what was necessary to prevent this from happening again. Both times the problems went away for a few days and then came back. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
