Recording Playback Problems on iPad/using AirPlay

Have been experiencing problems trying to play recordings on iPad both on iPad directly and via Apple TV airplay. Picture freezes whilst sound continues or no playback at all. Other Apps on iPad work fine such as Netflix so can only assume it is a problem with connection to Swisscom server? Any ideas?

There is currently no outage announced concerning Live TV or recordings on iPad or AirPlay.

Can you please try to reinstall the Swisscom TV app and make sure your iPad is updated?
