Need help

  • Good morning,

I have an easy phone (Samsung), when the device is turned off, the call is diverted to my phone with a Vodaphone Portugal card (Nokia), I cannot delete the diversion, anyone a solution?

In advance, I thank you for your help.

    Good afternoon everyone.

    • Great solution, works 5*

      Thank you very much.

    Good morning,

In Android check call settings > more settings > voice call > transfer:

    - always transfer

    - transfer if busy

    - transfer if no response

    - transfer if unreachable

    etc.

Otherwise, check directly with the mobile operator, a deviation could be active…

    Best regards

On the Samsung, in the “Phone” application, (as if you were dialing a number)

    Type:

    ##62# and make a call…

code 62 takes care of diversions if the phone is turned off or in an unreachable area.

it may be that it is the “if no response” diversion (after a certain time) that is programmed. In this case to delete it, type:

    ##61# and make a call…
