LisaW Hi, I have a Centro Piccolo router. I´ve forgotten my WIFI password and can't work out where to see it or change it. I can't seem to in the Customer Centre. Can anyone help? Thanks!
RaphaelG The "Centro Piccolo" modem does not have any technical alternatives to activate a wireless connection (no wireless receiver / transmitter). Therefore no password is visible within the Customer Center. If you want to use a wireless connection, we recommend our Internet Box: https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/internet/devices.
