natalieswiss I set up my new internet box and TV box without any problems. However, the remote for my TV box is not being recognized by TV box. I have replaced the remote but still have this problem. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong??
SamuelD Hi @natalieswiss have you already tested the Troubleshooting Guide on the Swisscom helppage? Swisscom TV remote control does not work. If it doesn’t help please contact the Swisscom support. Kind regards Samuel
