a critical connection

I don’t know how many people this happens to, but I’m tired of having to regularly disconnect all my machines, wait a few seconds and restart everything. This week the problem occurred 3 times I admit that it’s starting to annoy me a little.
It always ends up starting again but I have cuts like that without warning.

Your question makes no sense since you are being told precisely which router is no longer pinging the line (red button: no internet connection, please restart the router). The way our device is connected to the router has no influence on this problem.

I had this same problem. Swisscom replaced the Internet Box and the problems have almost disappeared.

I went from disconnecting once or twice a day to disconnecting once a week. knock on wood!!
