I'm getting the same issue: most of the time, if I want to replay something, I'm asked to activate replay on a programm that is already set up for replay. most of them are setup since day one. But if I just touch the activate replay, then I get an error message saying that replay was not activated for this one (which is false).
My feelings is that swisscom is modifying its replay settings protocol and do not manage correctly previously defined settings. Anyway, replay is not usable for days. Seeing the swisscom support website, no direct way to contact them (only the phone but I don't have time for that). Thus sorry to post this message here, would be great to find a better way to get help (or just wait until they fix those issue).
