Combox ne s'affiche pas dans centre de clients

Ma combox pro ne s’affiche plus dans la liste à gauche demon espace personnel dans l’espace Clients.

Comment acceder alors au messages de mes clients par internet?

Having used a combox pro for years, I am astonished not to find it in the list on the left hand side of my personal page in the Customer center.

How can I access my clients calls by internet, now?
