I am writing this message to ask for information about unlocking code which can be used with other simcard-agence.

Is it possible give me unlocking code before ending the contract because I am going abroad for a while and do not want to cange my mobile phone that I might loose some messages on the phone..or Do i have ot pay for a fee and how much if it's posible.

otherwise go to a swisscom shop.

If you purchased your pre-paid device from Swisscom more than 24 months ago, you can now remove the SIM lock. Once the device is unlocked, you can also use it with a SIM of another provider.
