Blocking senders

Hello All,

How can I block certain senders? I am receiving currently a lot of spam in the spamfolder. Is their a possibility to set up some rules which deletes these kind of mails before they reach my inbox?

Open the concerned email and click on the spam icon (between the trash and the print icons)

Hi Leyla,

I think you misunderstood my question…the e-mails are already in my spam folder.

I would like to know if I can setup some rules which delete these e-mails before they reach my spam folder. In Outlook it is possible to create a rule which deletes an e-email when it reaches the server(before it is sent to my inbox).

Thank you for your feedback.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a rule to avoid spam ending in your inbox as they reach the server.

We suggest you to click on “Block” on the top right of the email. That will add the sender to the blocked senders list (in Settings) and transfer the email directly in the trash.

You can also tick the option “Empty trash of all Bluewin email accounts automatically on logout” by clicking on “Settings” > “Email”. Emails from blocked senders in the trash will be automatically deleted.
