Reactivation of my personal mobile number

- Due to problems with the hardware, iPhone 5S, I was forced to suspend my mobile number after my arrival in Rio.

- I now have a working device again.

- I urgently need my mobile number to be reactivated as quickly as possible.

- the swisscom service number doesn’t seem to work from here.

- How can I make my voice heard as quickly as possible so that I can solve the problem of reactivating my mobile number?
