Replay menu is not available

    Replay is not possible. When I select a program that I want to watch in replay, the selection menu is missing. Only the description of the show is displayed, but I cannot click on “Watch” or “Record” because these selections are not displayed.

    I’ve already restarted the box and router. Resetting the box didn’t help either. Is there anything else I can do myself?

    Have you activated replay for the relevant channels?

    Replay must be activated once for the corresponding channels - in the channel list

    I think I know what you were getting at… I have the basic subscription with 30 hours of replay. At the moment of annoyance I thought it had to be 7 days. So I was kidding myself 🙂
