Swisscom TV 2.0 does not respond. Would you like to close the app?

I see this message on the display at least 10 times a day.

I have the TV 2.0 app installed, but only use it when I need it. I can’t explain why it keeps trying to start in the background.

I sometimes get the message when I use the app on the train and the connection fails in the tunnel or has insufficient bandwidth. The same thing at home when I’m in a “dead zone” on the WiFi.
