Swisscom TV 20.0 will not connect using WLAN

I have just recieved my new swisscom internet box and 2 x TV boxes.

After internet was successfully installed in new apartment I proceeded to install the TV box for living room.

It all set up perfectly.

Then I moved the position of TV to other side of room which is opposite corner from where the internet box is situated.

I connected everything up and again perfect connection, picture etc.

Then I decided that I needed to add my soundbar.. but I needed to plug the bridge into the swisscom router.

I disconncted the power to do so, but before I can connect the bridge my TV box is now not working.. connecting wirelessly using the WLAN.

I tried re setting both internet box and tv box.. nothing still the same.

I ried using the other new tv box..not yet used.. still the same.. will not connect wirelessly.

I tried bringing the TV closer to the box and went thru all the set up stages again.. nothing..

I have tried the reset button on the TV box.. still nothing..

It connects no problem using the ethernet..

Would appreciate any help on how to get the TV box to connect using WLAN.. it was working initially but now just cannot connect.. not making sense.

Any help appreciated.

Probably not the best input you expected because more on the bad side of the news...

Had the same issue when the new tv 2.0 was launched (early adopter) and after a call, they told me that the tv-box cannot connect to the router wirelessly. They have issue and they are working on it.
You have to connect your tv-box to your router via a cable or wirelessly using a connexion-kit (worth 199.-!)
And no update on the topic since then...
