I donât know if itâs the DynDSN thatâs broken at my house, but since Sunday morning my box has been refusing the connection (no TV, no internet and a technician can only come by Tuesday!).
When I called the technical service on Sunday, the switchboard told me that âfollowing an overload of calls, the waiting time would be longerâ⊠QED?
I was surprised not to have more information from Swisscom but waiting almost 3 days doesnât appeal to meâŠ
(Edit: just after my message, like 15 minutes later, the technical service called and I was repaired directly, instead of tomorrow with the uncertainty of being repaired instantly. From what it seems, nothing to do with the DynDSN⊠When things are going well you also have to say it: thank you Swisscom đ)
