TV Guide Loading

Since Friday the TV Guide when pressed gives the correct number of the TV Channel. However the Guide of programmes is now not working. It started on Friday and when i logged on to see if there was a problem it stated that there was maintenance being conducted. Today when i get back and try again it is still not working.

Can you please suggest what needs to be done? I have restarted the router in the hope that it would be corrected but still no change.

Does this issue still exists on your Swisscom TV? If it's still occuring after a complete restart of the TV Box, please provide us some more Information about the issue.

Do you see any Information in the TV Guide? Are there problems with showing the correct number of the channel or is the channel list not the same as before?

Thanks for the reply

The channel selection that has been made ie - all news channels together - has been kept in the same sequence.

However when one presses the TV Guide button the channel Number will appear but the area where it normally has the programmes only states - Loading. without any content

It does not update at all as i have left it on the guide section for quite some time and no change

Does this provide further clarity?

I unplugged the box totally for more than 30 minutes and it has rebooted and come on line and works
