To everyone: The prerequisite for everything to work is that you have the latest firmware for the device in question.
Google Carrier App for Open Market devices or whatever the thing is called. Unfortunately it is incomplete and therefore does not work. Google knows.
You see, we do everything. It’s also my turn to ensure that we can activate even more tariffs. But there is a legal problem that we first have to resolve by adapting the IT. Unfortunately I can’t give any more information.
As a CMN subscription customer, we are still waiting for Advanced calling. According to reports, the CMN subscriptions are still managed on an “old” platform that does not support these protocols. Where is the technical (and not the contractual) problem, e.g. moving my subscription to the new platform?

Found something about prioritization on Android. To do this, download the app Activity Launcher from the Playstore. Start this and click on “Activity history” at the top right and then select "All activities. Now you should find an entry called “Wi-Fi call” almost at the bottom. Click on it and from the options that now appear, select the one with the I haven’t been able to test the whole thing yet, but I’ll try it out as soon as possible and let you know the results.
P.S.: If you hold down the option a little longer, you can also have a shortcut created on the home screen.:smileywink:percussion
edit: sorry, forgot to mention which device I’m using –> HTC 10 with Swisscom FW
You are my hero! This is exactly the tip I was looking for, it also works perfectly with my HTC 10! Finally…
@All
It would be desirable if someone could advise whether/how Activity Launcher can also control this function on Samsung devices (Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 EDGE), as these devices can also be purchased on the open market. Currently, Swisscom (unlike foreign providers) does not offer the option of setting priority to WiFi calling (the devices switch to mobile communications even when reception is minimal).
GuidoT: Is there now an approach from technology to solve the problem of call forwarding? Today there was a new update from Samsung on my Galaxy S7. Unfortunately, call forwarding still doesn’t work. It can’t be that it just doesn’t work anymore. You always have to carry two cell phones with you.
Thank you very much for the feedback.
@Alex75 Just saw your post. Since an “@” was missing, I didn’t get any information. Can you give me your name and phone number. Then we’ll look at it with you.
To the Advanced Calling makers: I recently switched from easy smart to infinity2.0S. I’ll never use it, but Advanced Calling was the trigger because every now and then I’m in a basement without cell phone reception but with WiFi reception. What can I say, WiFi calling and VoLTE were activated on my Galaxy S7 edge (not Swisscom) 2 days ago and it works fantastically!
Thank you for the great work you put into this.
Kind regards Roland
