This morning i received an sms saying that tomorrow from 7am untill 17.00 my hotline fixnet will be disactivated. No letter had been sent to me and i called the swisscom service - and after being told nothing was scheduled after about 10 mins wait was told that maintenance work is being done in my area. Not very professional to inform me only the day befoe as i work from home and need internet access, this also costs me financially. This is the 2nd disactivation in a short time period - the last one was at least during the evening/night and i was warned in advance. I am seriously considering changing provider!
