We pay for a 40Mbit/s down / 8Mbit up connection (the Vivo M package).
Since a couple of weeks ago, the speed has been not optimal and not constant; before we were getting about 42/43 down and 8/10 up, but now we’re only getting 24/6 via speedtest.net. The ping is good, but downloads are slower than they should.
Since a couple of days ago, YouTube videos have been loading painfully slow, and while some load at 15 to 20Mbit/s, most are stuck at speeds of even under 500kbps. This is with no downloads running in the background.

Does anyone else have these problems, or do I have to contact the Hotline? Also, why does Swisscom not have an online ticket support board? I get really nervous just thinking about having to wait hours on the phone to resolve a simple issue: their phone service is not the quickest.
