Swisscom customer information
Good morning
I am surprised and disappointed by Swisscom’s performance in certain situations.
I was without a connection for a week (no TV, internet or telephone) and after repairs after a week, I had no more explanation than “now it works”.
I find this a bit of a shame, especially since I had a problem again today and after 2 hours I received an SMS telling me that “it works again” without me knowing the why or the reason. how.
After 20 years of service at Swisscom, I believe that the customer is entitled to a little more information (if he wishes). Especially since I always try and sell the quality of service of my ex-employeur to those around me.
I think Swisscom should make an effort to inform its customers in the event of a breakdown.
