So I have just about tried anything I can think of on the swisscom router, and looks like my configurations are correct. But I get "Connection is to slow " on the PS Vita from outsite my local network.
I don't think its the swisscom modem and it looks like it works with the remote App for my phone on both my work network and my 4G with swisscom.
Anyone have idea what I can do.

First off I am a network Administrator, and I am a big gamer. I just recently bought a PS4 for the remote play over the internet. My Remote play works on my local network, but I would like to play my vita outside my local network on the web.
So what I have first:
# PS Vita (Bought on release day)
# PS4 (2 days ago )
# Cat 5e Cable in my Apartement
# Swisscom router (Fiber connection strait to the router) [Switzerland]
# Galaxy S4 Samsung phone
Problem:
# Remote play will not work outside my network on my PS Vita, But I can remote connect with my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone with the app RemotePlayPortV0.6.1.apk.
# Error I get is "My internet connection is to slow on this device"
What Works:
# I can remote play with my Galaxy S4 phone to my PS4 from my work and from my 4G Connection.
# I can remote play with my Vita Localy in my network on my wifi network. {No need for direct connection to PS4}
Different Configurations:
# forward ports TCP 9295, TCP 9293, and UDP 9296-9297,TCP: 80, 443, 465, 993, 5223, 8080, TCP/UDP: 3478, 3479, 3480
# My Network has a Fiber Connection 40 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up
# My 4G Network is 15 Mbps down /1.5 Mbps up
# My Network is a Class B ( 172.16.0.X) (Default for most people 192.168.1.X)
# Playstation on Static IP Address
# Playstation on statis DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4)
# Changed Default Name of the Playstation (I did CoopPs4)
# Factory Restored the PS Vita
# Activated the Ps 4 as a Primary Console
# Activated the PS Vita on my Account
# PS4 and PSVita from Switzerland
# Swiss PSN Account
# Had tried DMZ (but perfer forwarding ports)

# Set Static IP On PS Vita
So I have read a lot of stuff and tried different steps and configurations.
Please remember, my remote play work in my local network on my wifi. With out a hitch.
So I have tired to connect from my work and from my phone with a full 4G connection, When Attemping to connect. I get to the Point where its about to remote Play into the PS4.
But then it fails and tells me my connections is to slow on this system.
Now as I said I have installed this hacked version of the remote play for Android on my phone. My phone connected to the Wifi works and I can remote play, and I can also
connect via my 4G as well.
So anyone else got idea's I will message sony about this as well. As sorry for my french but I think it's bull I have payed over $600 bucks on a service they call remote play, but not enought even is on the internet to get it all working.
As I have read there are so many other people also having touble as well. Maybe less tech then me. But this should be a simple service, and not me wasting 4 hours troubleshooting.
So Any Idea's or things I can test.
