We have just changed to the TV2.0 package believing it would suit us better. The first two days it appeared to be working until it appeared to jam. We called and after resetting the box all seemed to be well. However a few days later we realised we could not playback a recording (made on a HD channel). It was then we realised that all the HD channels had disappeared. We can see them online as part of our package /subscribed but not on the TV. We also do not have the option to record. We have reset the box on numerous occasions to no avail.
We have called the Help line (3 times now) and although pleasant enough they could not give us any timeframe as to when someone could look at the problem. We are a ticket in line….for how long? This is ridiculous - we are paying for a service and yet we do not even have the channels!
Does anyone else have the same issue?
