i-phone internet-tethering/hot spot

  • Hello everyone

Because I’m studying I need internet for a few minutes every now and then. I set my iPhone up as a hotspot and I was online.

Since this week, as soon as the hotspot has been set up, it runs for 1-5 seconds and the connection is lost (not hotspot), or after a few minutes later there is the attention sign and the connection is restricted.?

But the internet on the iPhone works fine.

Does anyone know what’s going wrong?

    Thanks

      Thanks for the help.

Maybe there’s a problem with the assignment of the IP addresses, but it’s okay and that’s the main thing.

    What kind of iPhone?

What kind of PC or Mac?

Have you ever deleted the WiFi connection on your PC or Mac?

Are fixed IP addresses activated on the PC or Mac?

    Yes deleted

    fixed IP addresses?

Then, as a test, I would set IP addresses to be obtained automatically and note down what was set beforehand.

    Then reboot the notebook!

I switched off my notebook (completely) and started it up again. everything goes back to normal.

No idea what was going on.

    Thanks for the help.
